Email us

support@blarghlabs.com

A real person reads it. We are a very small shop, so the honest expectation is a reply within a couple of days rather than within the hour — and if something is actually broken, we would rather hear about it than not.

What to put in the message

None of this is required. It is here because it is the difference between a first reply that answers you and a first reply that asks you three questions.

  • Which app, and whether it is the iPhone/iPad or the Android version.
  • The version number. In Lumber Jack and Jill it is at the bottom-right of the camp screen, and looks like v0.1.12 (13). Both halves matter — the one in brackets is the build.
  • What you were doing when it went wrong. "It crashed when the tree hit the cabin" is worth ten of "it crashes sometimes".
  • Your device, roughly. "Pixel 9" or "iPad Pro" is plenty.
  • A screenshot, if there is anything to see.

Things worth checking first

My progress disappeared

Tell us — this is the one we most want to hear about. Your save lives only on your own device, so we cannot restore it for you, and that also means we cannot see it to diagnose it. A description of what you last did before it vanished is genuinely useful.

The saw will not cut

Check the fuel gauge. When the tank is empty the chainsaw stops and the crosscut saw comes out of the truck — it still fells the tree, it just takes longer. A can of fuel is $25 in camp. This is the game working, not a bug, and it catches nearly everyone once.

The text is too small

There is an A− / A+ control on the first screen, in camp, and on the felling screen. It resizes the whole interface, not just the labels.

An advert did not pay out

Adverts in Lumber Jack are opt-in only and capped at three a session. If you watched one to the end and no money arrived, that is a bug and we want to know. If the button vanished, you have probably hit the cap — it resets when you reopen the game.

Privacy and data

What each app collects — and what it deliberately does not — is set out in full on the privacy policy. Short version: Lionfish Hunter collects nothing, and Lumber Jack counts how it is used and tells us when it crashes, without ever knowing who you are.

To request deletion of anything we hold, email support@blarghlabs.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. There are no accounts, so you do not need one to ask.
